    1. Product Overview
    05701-A-0361 is the mandatory master management card for Honeywell System57 gas detection rack, one card required per complete rack unit. It acts as the central communication and configuration hub for all 05701-A-302 single-channel gas control cards installed in the same chassis. It integrates backplane serial bus controller to aggregate gas concentration, alarm and fault data from every channel card, distributes unified system parameters and calibration commands. Built-in RTC real-time clock provides synchronized timestamp for all event logs to meet industrial safety traceability standards. Front-panel RS232 port enables laptop-based bulk configuration, batch sensor calibration and fault history retrieval. An expansion socket supports optional Modbus RTU communication modules to upload full rack gas data to plant DCS systems such as Honeywell Experion PKS C300. The card distributes regulated 24VDC rack power to all channel slots with full over-current/under-voltage monitoring and fault isolation. Multi-color front LED indicators display system run, bus fault, power failure and communication offline status, with full rack self-diagnosis function for maintenance inhibit mode during field service. Conformal coated PCB supports wide temperature industrial cabinet environments. Honeywell discontinued original new production; only surplus and refurbished spare parts available aftermarket.
